I don't remember 2024... like, almost at all.

I'm realising over the past few weeks that I have almost ZERO recollection of the entire year of 2024. I have some very vague memories of things- panic attacks in the grocery store (thanks agoraphobia), trying to drink myself to death, some? of the risky sex, and sleeping a lot. But honestly that is literally it. I couldn't actually tell you one thing that happened that year. I have no recollection of birthdays, holidays, anything specific at all.

I started uni in 2025, in a healthcare degree, and people continue to ask me why I chose my degree. I don't know what to tell them because I didn't choose it. I just was enrolled one day. I don't remember applying, I don't know if there were hoops I had to jump through to get in (it's a relatively competitive degree), I don't know what motivated me to apply at all. I don't even remember thinking that applying might be something good to do. But obviously I did, or I wouldn't be halfway through it right now.

I'd love to know who the fuck did all that and why I can't access any of those memories at all. I do thankfully really like my degree and will probably continue on to do a masters afterwards (glutton for punishment). But I'd also really like to know what their motivations for applying and getting me/us through that process were, because they had some willpower that I did not possess.

r/ff4481 gone?

Does anyone have access to this community anymore? It was really good for a while but it seems the subreddit has disappeared off the face of the earth. I messaged the mods 9 days ago but nobody has replied yet. Wondering if it's gone for good.

Free readings - 1 or 3 cards

Hi!

If you're interested in a reading, please send me a DM. You can give your initials if you like, but it's not necessary.

In your DM, please specify your question and whether you'd like a 1 card spread, or a 3 card spread. I may not be able to get to everyone, so please have patience and understanding.

Please, no questions about health.

CLOSED now, but I am slowly working my way through all requests. Thank you!

Diagnosed but not diagnosed- medication? (QLD)

Hiya, just looking for advice/opinions. I've seen a clinical psychologist who gave me a whole gamut of tests for everything from your run-of-the-mill anxiety and depression, to autism and ADHD, to OCD and things like psychosis and personality disorders. At the end of it I came out diagnosed with depression and anxiety, which I already was Dx'ed with through my GP and other psych professionals I've seen, as well as OCD, which I suspected... but the autism and ADHD diagnoses were left sort of up in the air.

I'm not not diagnosed with them, but I'm also technically not, on paper, diagnosed with them. I think I've got the reports she gave me floating around somewhere, though I could probably ask her for another copy if I can't find them. They basically said that I have "severe traits" of autism, and "high likelihood" of ADHD (or some wording to that effect). I'm just wondering what my options might be.

I'd like to try ADHD meds I think, after deliberating on it for months (I did this testing with the clin. psych well over a year ago) but I'm not sure if I need that same psych to write a letter to my GP with a solid diagnosis or not, or if I can just give them the test results and have them potentially go from there? I'm starting back at uni soon and if ADHD meds might give me a bit of a leg up with regards to actually getting shit done instead of being in a constant limbo about it, that would be great.

Does anyone have any experience with getting a GP to initiate a prescription of ADHD medication?
