vitamins suggestions for graveyard shift

hello! i was wondering if anyone could recommend some vitamins or supplements (including specific brands). 😊 i already take stresstabs, but i’m looking into adding other supplements. i’ve heard that vitamin d and omega-3 are good, but i’m not sure which brands are actually worth buying. i’d also appreciate any recommendations for fruits or foods that might help. for context, i’m anemic, i frequently get migraines, and i often experience nausea. my current schedule is 10 pm–7 am at work, then 8 am–4 pm for my ojt. i’m a working student, and while this isn’t my first time balancing work and school, it is my first time working the graveyard shift. before, even when i was studying full-time and working, it was much more manageable because i wasn’t working overnight. i’m still trying to adjust to my new sleep schedule, so any recommendations or tips would be greatly appreciated. thank you! 🫶

vitamins suggestions

hello! ask lang po sana ako ng recommendations for vitamins/supplements, pati na rin po brands hehe. 😊 i already take stresstabs, pero i’m wondering if may iba pa kayong maire-recommend. i heard vitamin d and omega-3 are good daw, pero not sure which brands are worth buying. pati na rin po if may recommended fruits or foods kayo that could help. for context, i’m anemic, i get migraines frequently, and madalas din ako magka-nausea. my current schedule is 10 pm–7 am work then 8 am–4 pm ojt. i’m a working student, and although this isn’t my first time juggling work and school, this is my first time working a graveyard shift. before kasi kahit full-time student and working ako, mas manageable pa since hindi overnight yung work, pero ngayon hindi ko pa talaga ma-adjust body clock ko. any recommendations or tips would be greatly appreciated. thank you! 🫶
