PSA: If you're affected by the T-Mobile outage, contact support and ask for a bill credit. I got $80.

Just wanted to let everyone know in case it helps.

I contacted T-Mobile support after the recent outage and explained that it cost me money because I missed out on a work opportunity. They initially offered me $70 in bill credits, but after I politely asked if there was anything more they could do they checked with a supervisor and increased it to $80 total ($20 upfront and $10/month for the next 6 months).

If the outage impacted you even if it was just inconvenience it may be worth reaching out. Be polite, explain how it affected you, and ask if they can apply a credit to your account.

Has anyone else received a credit? If so, how much?

Anyone else receive this message from Prolific?

Hi there,

We hope this message finds you well.

A quick reminder from the Prolific team: if a study's instructions tell you not to use AI tools (such as ChatGPT or other LLMs) to complete it, please don't use them.

Studies are designed to capture your own genuine thoughts, knowledge, and writing. Using AI-generated content when instructed not to undermines the research and violates our participation standards.

Submissions that don't follow this instruction may be rejected, and repeated or clear violations will lead to account action, including a ban.

Thanks for your understanding and continued participation.
