Hi, I've been painting for family and friends, and for my dad's construction company here and there for a couple years now, and I want to get more serious about painting and make it my full time job rather than gigs here and there. I've been going back and forth on whether I should start my own business and get my own contracts, or start working for another company. I feel confident enough in basic skills and knowledge to know that I would be able to deliver quality work, but I know there's always more to learn. I have my own basic tools (frames, poles, trays, ladders, tarps) What do you guys think is the best route to take? Thanks!
