110c Hotspots when opening games

I've been having this issue with my 4080 super. This has started after about 2 years of ownership. Whenever I launch any games my gpu fans pretty much instantly go to 100%. After checking temps with GPU-Z, under load, my memory temps are consistantly around 60c with 110c Hotspots.

I had suspicion that the card needed to be repasted. I opened the card up and repasted it. Started a game back up and am still having the same issue. Any suggestions?

GPU Fans won't stop Ramping

Graphics Card: ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4080 White OC Edition

Been having an issue for a while now with my GPU fans. During normal tasks on my rig my gpu fans are completely silent. However whenever I start up a demanding game (Path of Exile, D4, Baldurs Gate 3, Etc) my fans seem to ramp up to full speed and back down and back up as I'm playing and sound like a jet engine)

Only way I can make it somewhat better is by capping FPS to 60. Monitors are 320hz 2k so this isn't optimal

Monitored temps and they stay around 100 F - 120 F while under load (my case has 13 Lian Li fans total so airflow is not an issue). Case is completely free of dust as well

I have tried using fan control to adjust the fan curve but seems like it doesn't listen, as I can set it to linear and I still have the sane ramping fan problem. Tried adjusting in Bios as well with the sane outcome.

Not sure what to try next. Seems like no matter what I do I have the sane result. Any advice would be appreciated
