Over the years, slimes have come and gone and been discontinued. I’ve been on and off the hobby (had a bit of a hiatus), but I’ve recently gotten back into it, and I’m still really nostalgic for older drops, especially 2022 slimes when my collection peaked.

I’ll go first:

• Strawberry Blossom Frappe DIY Kit
• Oink Bingsu
• Kuromi Soda Pop
• Tiger Sugar Milky Candy
• Momo Water
• sanrio slimes from Momo Slimes, they were all so cute and smelled amazing, and I love love love pastel slimes

what are yours?

I've had three clear x icee/float slimes over the past couple of years, and unfortunately they've all eventually lost the texture I loved quickly.

• Kuromi Soda Pop – shrunk, became stiff, and eventually dried out after about 2 months.
• Fairy Soda – my absolute favorite scent. It also shrunk, became very stiff, and eventually went back to looking mostly clear despite my attempts to revive it.
• Sakura Soda – this one surprised me the most. It started losing its fluffy, inflated texture after only about 2–3 weeks and has already shrunk noticeably.

For all of them, I only played with them for around 10–15 minutes a day, always with clean hands, and I kept them sealed whenever I wasn't using them.

I'm starting to wonder if this is just the normal life cycle of clear x icee slimes, or if I've just been unlucky. Have any of you had one stay fluffy and inflated for months? If so, what did you do to keep it that way?

They're one of my favorite textures, so I'd love to hear your experiences and any tips for making them last.

i’ve been wanting to try more canadian slime shops, so here we are !!

i’ve ordered from wuwa before, but i wasn’t the biggest fan of the textures. one of my slimes dried out pretty quickly, the scent got a little funky over time, and they all seemed to stay pretty sticky no matter how much activator i added

this time i’m trying tanooki !

potcha slimes is definitely on my radar too but nothing from their current drop interested me THAT much so maybe another time

as someone in canada, tanooki’s shipping is honestly one of the biggest selling points for me. i paid a flat $10 cad for shipping (i think) which is sooo much better than the shipping costs i’ve dealt with from a lot of american shops

i also love magical girls especially sailor moon so this tanooki drop was perfect for me. i couldn’t resist picking some up and i still have my eye on sailor mercury for a future order

sakura gummy

i’m especially excited for sakura gummy. i’ve been wanting to try a pure jelly slime for ages and i love pink + sakura themed things so it was an easy pick for me

sailor venus (the one that got away 😔)

one thing that confused me with the tanooki sailor moon drop was sailor venus

i was originally gonna get it and when i looked at the reviews the slime looked like this gorgeous orange sunset icee texture

but the current product photos look completely different

if it looked like the review photos i would’ve 100% gotten it but the current version just looked like a pink glossy slime which isn’t bad at all but my goal with this order was to try new textures and i already have a go-to glossy slime i play with basically every day

also i think affogato might already cover the thick + glossy slot anyway (correct me if i’m wrong lol)

i’ve been buying from momo since 2022 even if the pricing is a bit high for where i live i’m still willing to make exceptions bc i love their slimes and their whole site / shopping experience has always been my favourite

it was my first slime shop ever so it’s kinda nostalgic too

this one i’m lowkey most curious about

i’ve never tried a rock slime before so this feels like one of those newer textures i keep seeing everywhere

i’ve heard some people say rock slimes can hurt your hands so i’m hoping that’s not the case for me

either way it looks SO pretty. i love the fish charms and the colours are gorgeous

i used to have fairy soda from momo but it shrank sooo much over time and got really stiff 😭

i did manage to revive it a bit with warm water but it’s still not doing great

so i’m really curious how sakura soda will turn out in comparison

I’m curious what people usually pay for slimes because my prices feel a lot higher than what I usually see online… or is everyone just breaking the bank like me 😭
I live in Canada, and I recently ordered from Momo Slimes. The slime itself was $18 USD, but after shipping, exchange rates, and fees, the total came out to about $96 CAD.
Looking back at my past orders (I’ve been buying from them since 2022), the lowest I’ve ever paid for a single slime is around $96 CAD. Most of my orders for 2 slimes end up being about $158–$170 CAD total.
Is this normal for international orders, or is it mostly just shipping + conversion rates adding up?
What do you usually end up paying per slime, especially if you’re outside the US?
Do most people just buy in bulk once yearly? (to save on shipping)
Also I know some people have massive 200+ slime collections and I’m just wondering… how are you doing this 😭
