Anyone currently working or previously worked at VVDN Kochi?

Pg or hostel .

I've got a 2 wheeler..so distance doesn't matter that much

Hi everyone,

I'm a fresh ece graduate and currently have offers from LTIMindtree and 2 other companies.

Here are the details:

LTIMindtree (GET role)

CTC: ₹4 LPA

Training stipend: ₹25,000/month

Training duration: 3 months ig

Training location: Bhubaneswar/Kalinga

Job location: Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, etc. (not native state)

No bond

Biggest concern: Joining date is unknown. Could be anywhere months from now. I'm also the only person selected from my college, so I'm worried about delays or offer revocation.

Company x (embedded software role)

Training package: ₹3.2 LPA (6 months)

Post-training package: ₹4 LPA

Job location is close to my hometown

Expected joining in 2-3 months

Several of my friends are also selected

3-year service agreement/bond with a significant penalty amount mentioned in the document

Company y (assistant software engineer)

CTC: ₹3.6 LPA

Training and job location home state itself.

Expected joining may take around a year

No major relocation concerns since it's within Kerala

I don't have a strong preference for electronics vs software.

I'm willing to relocate anywhere in India if it helps my career and finances.

Since my family is struggling financially, I would prefer to start earning as early as possible.

At the same time, I don't want to make a short-sighted decision that hurts my long-term growth.
