Anyone get any response from customer support?

Have made multiple tickets through the app and their website since June; left multiple voice messages on their hotline referencing my ticket number(s) and 0 response. My polar wet food feeder has been totally broken for weeks. It barely worked for 6 months. Is the company shutting down or something?

Fungus Gnats? :(

Been having issues with the girls and found a fuck ton of what appears to be fungus gnats in my runoff water. They've been ready to flower but I've been holding off because some of my new growth has shown deficiencies.

Is it fixable with treatment? Do I have to get all new coco? My plan is to let them dry out for a few days and then flush them with 1:4 H₂O₂ & water, and purchase some BTI and sticky traps to use. Does anyone have recommendations for products and best practices with using BTI?

I have only really seen larve in the runoff which is so small I just thought it was bits of coco at first and not adults flying around which is why I hadn't noticed. ;/ Plants don't look bad but have been stunted and weird for a few weeks. I'm about 99.9% sure this has been the issue now. (also these are indoor? did it just come from the bricks or the perlite? idgi)

Need help identifying health issues - Indoor, Coco, Week 5 Veg

tldr;

Indoor, 3 plants, same strain from seeds (strayfox gardenz - sensi af) Coco/Perlite mix, end of week 5 veg in 5gal fabric pots. Feeding about 1L GH Flora trio each (to about 10% runoff) - 1/1/1 ratio (micro/gro/bloom) per bottle instructions but diluted to 1200-1400ec in tap (tap is about 150ec) adjusted to 5.8-6ish PH. been about 70F and 65% humidity (trying to raise the temp and lower the humidity a bit).

More info:

New growth on every plant is looking rough; back right plant is the worst- skinny, uneven new growth, twisting, discolored stems and purpley nodes or spots by the base of leaves?

Been struggling for about 2 weeks. Flushed and readded nutrients until back at 1200-1400ec which seemed to help at first, moreso for the front and back left plants. Added calmag after some research indicating maybe calcium issues at 2/1/1/1 (calmag/micro/gro/bloom) ratio this week- this seemed to initially help the back right plant (the runoff was high EC low ph and then it balanced out after adding the calmag) but it's still got stunted/skinny new growth. The other 2 plants aren't as bad but still seem slow/deficient.

Feeding when the top of the pots dry out, every other day to every couple of days or so typically. I don't imagine the coco is overwatered but I guess it's possible?

I know some tips look burnt but runoff has been lower EC than intake, at about 950-1000 (I have been slowly raising the intake but it doesn't seem to be helping much); runoff ph has been about 6-6.5 in the back two plants, but today the front plant runoff was low at about 5ph which was strange to me.

LED light is about 18" above top of plants, dimmed, only at about 25% strength. (I lowered the strength a bit recently in case of light/heat stress bc i'm confused)

I am really struggling to figure out what is going on! They were doing so well at the start and grew/recovered super fast after their first topping. This is my 3rd grow, I have struggled with idenitifying issues every grow tbh and seem to get wildly differing advice from everywhere. I have looked extensively at excess/deficency charts and existing threads and tried to fix; it seems like calmag and/or immobile nutrients are the issue but adding calmag doesn't seem to be helping. They're not horrible looking but I would like them to really thrive and to top another time or two before I flip them. The back right plant is especially concerning.

Thanks for any help :)

Thankfully I think I have explored everything there is to explore of the base game at this point (I have no remaining question marks in my shiplog, at least) - I think I know what I have to do, but I refuse to do it. I have been actively trying to avoid the ending and just bought the DLC to start instead.

Well I was just messing around in the ship at the very end of a loop for shits and finally discovered the self-eject button. I did so as the sun was in the process of supernova and I accidently broke the fabric of spacetime, met a terrible fate, and triggered the credit sequence. What the fuck. Clearly I'm still missing something about how spacetime is functioning but I was actively trying to make sure that wouldn't happen. Has anyone else done this before?

Please no spoilers. Maybe I am just not very smart? Gentle hints are welcome because repeating that action doesn't give me any additional information I don't think? I'm kind of losing my mind over this. What have I done????
