Took the baby on a 8 hour (round trip) road trip to the Sierra Mountains and went camping, biking, and fell in the river. Overall… pretty good trip.

Duathlon completed!
The 87 Schwinn Super Sport held up well, but it did slip a chain on a hill which lost me about a minute and the podium in my age group. Oh well… next time.

First duathalon this weekend
Sunday is my first ever duathalon and I’m taking out the 1987 Schwinn magazine bike.
Just a 40 year old doing it the old way.
