I'm a transferee student at my new university, and I was wondering if I would still need my original Form 137, which is still with my former university, in order to request my Transcript of Records (TOR) after I graduate.

Or is the Form 137 not required for that anymore?

Hello! to those who have transferred from SLU to another institution, is Form 137 included in the transfer credentials given by the SLU Registrar?

coz I might need it someday, and I don't know where I would get it if I couldn't request another copy from my high school alma mater :))
