Affordable Quality leather belts

I’m sick of spending 20$ on a fake or reimagined “leather” belt from tjx shops only for them to fall apart in 6 months. I’m looking for something well made that isn’t as expensive as brand widely recommended like Popov or Nab hopefully but if they really are the best bang for buck in the space I’ll go with that but figured it’s worth asking. Willing to spend a little more if it’s reversible.

Any ideas ? Located in Toronto if it helps for in person shopping.

New leaves suddenly looking wilted ?

Repotted this a month ago into a pond basket with bonsai mix (pumice, lava rock , clay and some peat). Very little slow release fertilizer on top. It’s been doing very well and budded and leafed out a couple of weeks ago but since couple of days ago the leaves look wilted and sad. Nothing new was done really. I mix in a tiny amount of 20-20-20 fertilizer in the water once a month and did this first time since most of my trees are actively growing. Probably a quarter of recommended dose at this time.
Weather has been 5-15c. With rain twice a week. No frost or heat waves.

Any ideas on what’s happening and what to do ? I hate to see it like this.

Did I kill this quince ?

Repotted this Japanese quince 15 days ago. There was some small leaves popping and most buds beginning to swell except the main trunk. Now it looks very wilted and sad. Did I kill it with a bad repot job or was it already on its way out ?

Last week upon arrival I went in to checkout a watch I’ve been eyeing. Seiko SBDC215 (spb513) at Bic Camera Tokyo Shinjuku. It was on sale for 126500JPY vs the regular 137500 and they said they could do another 10%+5% for using visa. Today on go in to buy at another location in Osaka and they’ve bumped the price up to msrp and they brought out a paper that said any additional discounts and coupons won’t be applied to Seiko watches (the coupon terms says GS and Rolex only not applicable). Any ideas on this ? Is the guy at the counter screwing me or do their policies change like that ? I’ve searched through the internet and it seems the 17% discount has applied for a long time specifically for Seiko too.
Is there a price match policy or anything more credible to ask ? Feels unfair

I want to get my friend and family pettys as souvenirs. I’ve already decided on what I want for my self from Ashi or fujiwara most likely.

I will be visiting both Sakai and Kappabashi either way but which ever is best suited for this purchase to prepare.

I want something descent to pick up for gifts since I’m their “knife guy”.

Budget is around 5000JPY or 50$ per knife. Western handles preferred but not a must. Nothing fancy just a decent knife that can take a beating from non enthusiasts.
