Caught out of South Fork Shenandoah on a 1/4oz black panther martin spinner. River was really high and stained but still safe enough to float. I didn’t think I’d catch anything but this was the only day I had free on my camping trip to float the river so I went out anyway. Glad I went out and shows that it doesn’t always have to be ideal conditions to have a successful day fishing.
