My 2022 says "no active recalls" in the app, but I don't remember seeing anything for the high voltage battery short issue come through. I know it was due here in August, just thought I'd see it. Just wondering if I can charge to 100% again.
First longer trip (multi-state, multi-charge) for me starts tomorrow. Seattle to Missoula tomorrow and back Sunday. Abrp and Bluetooth dongle onboard, preconditioning on my level 2 before departure, and ready on all fronts. Only question is, what psi have you had the best luck with for range?
My daughter just purchased a 2018 and she loves it. I'd like to get Android Auto work on it, but when I plug in, my phone shows the security red screen that I've seen on older posts here. I've checked to see if the time auto setting is on, but that setting is set to Off/manual and can't be changed for some reason. All of this was while I was connected to my home's wifi and I had checked for system updates and was told it was up to date. What am I missing? Do other 2018 or 2nd gen owners still have functional AA?
I'm looking at a 2013 Volt Premier with 182k for $3600. We have another phev and a fully electric vehicle, so we have chargers for days and we're used to how they work. I'm mostly concerned about reliability since I want it for a kids' car and it would be going to college with my youngest in a year. Any maintenance items I should be aware of? Anyone have a similar Volt they can tell me about?
