My grandpa sold his farm a couple of years ago and I yearn for the smells of the shop and of the barn. I walked into a garage next to a farm house the other day and was instantly taken back and I would just like to have something that can do that same thing as I live in a city and can’t exactly walk into someone’s garage to huff the scents on the regular.

I’m not super into perfumes so I don’t know if I have the right words for them, but looking for a perfume with notes of gasoline, freshly mowed grass, dust, wood, straw, and maybe some sort of animalic note as well.

Ideally nothing too potent for the animalic scent, but something subtle and musky (? i don’t exactly know what musk is but it feels like it would be right for this scent… it might not be the right word, but i just want something that smells human or animalic).

My birthday is tomorrow and I’d love to get a cheesecake or slice to celebrate! Where are the best places in the city to get cheesecake with chocolatey or caramely add-ins or flavors? (or plain if it’s just that good)
