Nokk needs to be buffed to Vigil levels.

She is supposed to the infiltrator attack op and the defensive version is 100% better with better guns. At the very least she should be 100% quieter unlike Vigil. We even saw a buff to Vigil over Nokk who really needs it more. She needs to be the better version.

For some reason, when I use her today. None of the gadgets are able to be deployed. Even secondary. Its just red and locked?
