My 1920s house and garage have asbestos siding. Im in the crappiest house on a great block with very expensive homes. Some tiles are damaged and I just generally would prefer to replace it and improve the curb appeal. Is this a project I can/should do myself or should I get an abatement company to do it?

The house is less than 700sq ft single story and one car detached garage. I do have fairly close neighbors who would more than likely be concerned about this entire process (kids).

I’ve done everything manually in the past with Google Sheets. Tax time comes around and I’m doing it for the entire year. There has to be a better way of tracking everything.

Anyone have suggestions or things they do to keep track of everything throughout the year?

Do you all keep the same setlist for every show? Or do you change it depending on where you’re playing?

Also, for those that play multiple sets how do you determine how to order songs and setlists?

How do you all track what triggers your asthma? I use a peak flow meter but I find it tough to correlate what actually triggers my asthma.

I’ve had a couple SaaS/app ideas for the job I work at full time. Ultimately, I want to quit said job and be self employed.

I’ve been taking advantage of company time to learn vibe coding and have a couple solid ideas that initially I wanted to build for the company.

But now I’m wondering if I should just build them for my own gain?

Anyone been in a similar situation?
