Small Daily Nutrition Habits That Actually Made a Big Difference in My Wellness

From the past few months, I've given up trying to chase this perfect diet idea & focused more on just doing some simple things with my nutrition and daily habits, the small stuff made a huge difference in my energy levels, my digestion & how I'm feeling overall.

Here are a few things that really worked for me personally:

Eating more protein in the mornings by avoiding sugary breakfast foods

Drinking adequate water consistently all day

Adding some extra fruits, greens & fibre to my meals regularly now

Cutting out those ultra-processed snack packs i used to rely on in the middle of the day

Taking short walks after meals when i can

Finally getting my sleep schedule sorted - no more relying on caffeine to get me through the day

I also came to realize that your overall wellness isn't just about supplements & a gym program. But, how you manage stress, get some decent sleep & keep at a pretty consistent routine matters a lot more.

One thing I’m still trying to improve is maintaining healthy eating habits during busy workdays. That’s where I struggle the most.

I am trying to improve my morning routine and was looking for ideas on what worked for others so that you feel genuinely supported in long-term health.
