I've been on vinted for almost a year and sold over 200 items and during that time I've had some awful experiences

Now I know vinted isn't the best site to buy and sell on and you do get the odd one or two customers who are difficult to deal with

But let me tell you why is it the worst poeple are the ones who buy stuff for 1 or 2 pound and act like there making a big donation and want everything done there way as in wanting it posted straight away and making sure it's clean and some poeple who want it for 10% of the original price becuase I they gotta pay postage

Also I sold a woman a brand new river island top with tags still on and I swear she went over that top with a magnifying glass and wanted a full refund for a speck and I mean SPECK of dirt that would need a danm microscope to see and yes she even uses the magnifying glass to show us it and also I sold a cup to a guy a custom made one and becuase it had a microscopic chip on the side he wanted a full refund and even before that he said he wanted his money back for delivery but sorry you buy you pay delivery

I swear it's always the penniless poeple who are a straight nightmare to deal with but you have to grin and bear it becuase vinteds rules and policies are braindead that have everything go through ai customer service and that's not even including there awful delivery service where I've lost too much money becuase they misplaced it or lost it
