I can get a Gigabyte 9070xt Gaming OC for $739 / $800(w/tax) is that a good deal and is it a good gpu for 4k 120fps with fsr?

I am using my older NZXT H1 v1 that has the updated riser card, and I used my older cpu(5800x3d), gpu(6800xt), 32gb ddr4 that I haven’t used in the last couple of years.

I do have some issues with my build. I first downloaded the official SteamOS and then Bazzite and the same issues with both, and never had these issues with these components before when I used them.

First issue was cpu was way overheating upwards of 110c within like 5mins of turning it on and then the pc shut off by itself and then tried a couple of more times and the exact same thing on both SteamOS and Bazzite.

Second issue first I used my 7800xtx which had really bad audio issues with a lot static and cut outs. Which this could be because of the overheating cpu or just bad audio on the gpu.
I then tried an older gpu that I had a 6800xt and the audio worked normally, but I would rather use my 7900xtx of course and the issue still could be the overheating cpu(hopefully).

So the issue with the overheating cpu is probably because it was left in the case that I am using for like the past 4 years, and the thermal paste is probably dried up because I didn’t really have any overheating issues when I last used about 2 years ago. So I ordered more thermal paste because I don’t have any, and hopefully this fixes the overheating issue.

Also when or if it is fixed I will hopefully be able to play games on it, and I may also try the 7900xtx again to see if the audio has been fixed.

Also which is better the official SteamOS or Bazzite?

I have all the parts that I don’t use anymore that I need for my own diy Steam Machine, and I am wondering before I build it if it’s a good idea or not.

I have AMD 5800x3d, AMD 7900xtx reference model, Gigabyte x570i itx mobo, 32gb(16gbx2) ddr4, 1tb m.2 ssd, and NZXT H1 (not v2) that has 140 aio and 650w psu.

Will this work with SteamOS as a Steam Machine? Yes I know it’s probably overkill, but it will perform better and last longer for gaming than the actual Steam Machine… right?

At first I liked Ted Baxter as the character was funny, but the attitude is getting worse.
I have noticed with Baxter that Penta seems okay with most of the characters that are guys, but it seems that he has issues with characters that are women. I thought that Penta playing as Wrangler was not a nice guy sometimes how he roleplayed, but roleplaying as Baxter he seems way worse, and has issues with women who are authoritative with their characters but not even directly to him.
For instance from the ones that I have noticed he is really rude with is Ava with his north korean remarks not just to her directly but saying that to others characters is just not cool, and with Izzy(lspd) about how he handled that situation with her and got her demoted from a sergeant all the back down to a cadet isn’t cool and worse yet he almost got her fired from the LSPD.
I also have heard that two who play as Ava and Izzy they don’t like any of that either, and are upset especially the person that plays Ava isn’t happy at all.
Imo a nobody as I am I think that Penta really needs to chill out on how he roleplays with certain types of people, because it seems like he is roleplaying as himself irl in the character of Baxter and isn’t that somewhat of a problem with people roleplaying in gtarp.

What if… the reason why Wrangler isn’t running for Sheriff is because when Ava or who ever becomes the governor they will fire or demote chief Hank and make Wrangler the chief of the LSPD.
It’s just something I thought about, and either way I hope that Ted Baxter stays as a cop because he is a funny dude.

I see them always at La Mesa PD all the time.
I like MRPD as it looks new and modern compared to La Mesa PD that looks like it’s 40+ years old, and it looks more like a Highway Patrol PD las it reminds me of the one in the show CHiPs.

I just got the ultimate edition of this game on sale for only $4, and just wow this game looks great on my PS5 Pro. This is I think the best $4 I have ever spent on anything!

Dude perming Wayne Thunder was imo the worst decision ever, because he was my favorite character that Bananaduck made and now unfortunately he is gone forever and that’s just sad. Also having Hank(aka spaceboy) do the killing of Thunder has now permanently ruined of any liking I had for Hanks character. I liked Hank as a patrol(beat) cop, but not as a chief because he has let all that power go to his head and has gone crazy. He’s more crazy as chief than Thunder ever was.
Just please don’t kill off Holden because he is the only other character you(Bananaduck) still has that I like to watch.

I asked for refund of my Creations credits of a mod on PS5, and Bethesda support approved it. They took away the “owned” status of the mod almost immediately, but I still didn’t get my credits refund. It’s been 2 days and still no refund of credits. Is this slow on PS5 for anyone else?
