Title: 9 years as an EA customer and this is how I’m treated?

I’ve completely lost trust in EA.
My account was hacked. The hacker changed my recovery email, authenticator, and linked their own Steam account to my EA account. EA recovered my account, but then permanently banned me for actions I didn’t commit. I don’t even play EA games on PC, yet the hacker’s Steam account is still linked to my EA account and I can’t remove it.
When I contacted support, the advisor refused to help. I tried explaining that the Steam account wasn’t mine, but before I could even finish, the chat was ended. I was basically told there was nothing they could do.
After 9 years of buying and playing EA games, this is the worst customer support experience I’ve ever had. Instead of helping someone whose account was clearly compromised, I was left with a permanent ban, a linked account that doesn’t belong to me, and support that wouldn’t even let me explain the situation.
I am completely dissatisfied with how EA has handled this. My trust in this company is gone, and unless someone is willing to properly investigate my case, I have no intention of supporting EA or using its services again. Loyal customers deserve far better than this.
