Vyvanse making ADHD worse

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD and got Vyvanse 30mg prescribed. I am taking it for a week now and I feel SOOO much worse with the medication.
Before the medication I managed to go to the gym 4-5x a week and even do afternoon activities after work like tennis or salsa. I would be so tired but still push through.
Since I am taking the medication I can't do anything.
I take my medication at 6:30am and by 12:30-1:00pm I have the worst crash ever.
I get dizzy my heads hurts and I am sooooo tired that lasts for like 2 hours.
After that I start yawning and just feeling like a zombie. In the late evening I suddenly get super sad and feel almost depressed and just cry about the fact that this seems like it's not working and at night I have troubles taking deep breaths.
Here are the things I do that are supposed to help with the crash.

  1. I have a protein shake before I take my meds
  2. I drink SOOO much water over the whole day
  3. I take my vitamins including omega 3, tyrosine, creatine, b12, d3 with k2, magnesium, iron

I just don't know what to do. I feel so good when the medication works the couple hours it does but after that just horrible

ADHD worse after diagnosis?

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD and got Vyvanse 30mg prescribed. I am taking it for a week now and I feel SOOO much with the medication.

Before the medication I managed to go to the gym 4-5x a week and even do afternoon activities after work like tennis or salsa. I would be so tired but still push through.

Since I am taking the medication I can’t do anything. I take my medication at 6:30am and by 12:30-1:00pm I have the worst crash ever.
I get dizzy my heads hurts and I am sooooo tired that lasts for like 2 hours.

After that I start yawning and just feeling like a zombie. In the late evening I suddenly get super sad and feel almost depressed and just cry about the fact that this seems like it’s not working and at night I have troubles taking deep breaths.

Here are the things I do that are supposed to help with the crash.

  1. I have a protein shake before I take my meds
  2. I eat lunch it usually has 35-45g protein, a protein snack ( protein bar or protein matcha ) and dinner that also has at least 20g of protein
  3. I drink SOOO much water over the whole day
  4. I sleep 6,5-8hours at night
  5. I take these vitamins: magnesium, b12 complex, iron, d3 with k2, tyrosine, NAC, omega 3s, creatine

I just don’t know what to do. I feel so good when the medication works the couple hours it does but after that just horrible
