dear andorra: does anyone know what shampoo the caldea spa uses?
i know this is such a shot in the dark but im truly DESPERATE to find an answer to this question LMAO
a few years ago, I was on vacation in Andorra and went to the Caldea spa, and my hair had never looked better. Seriously, no product in it at all, air dryed, and it was incredibly smooth and shiny. I’m guessing it’s mostly because of the spa’s thermal water, but it might also have to do with a) the shower water in the Caldea women’s changing rooms, and potentially, b) the shampoo/conditioner provided by Caldea in the women’s shower rooms. (it was the premium entry one, which I think had a seperate changing and shower room from the general entry area?) So, I was wondering if anybody happens to know which shampoo this is? Anything helps 😅
I’m from a country that is notorious for having very hard water from the faucets, something many people complain about because it tends to make our hair dry and brittle. So, I am really desperate to find out what shampoo and/or conditioner Caldea uses in their showers.
I bought the Caldea-brand shampoo from one of your beauty stores in the city (not at the Caldea gift shop itself, because I didn’t see the effects on my hair until after I already left the spa) in hopes it would work, but while it smelled amazing, the shampoo function itself wasn’t great.
Since I’m so desperate I literally emailed their customer service, but of course, they are there to answer FAQs about opening times, ticket options and prices, accessibility, etc., and not what shampoo can be found in their women’s shower rooms. So unsurprisingly and completely understandably, I didn’t get a response.
If anyone who works there is reading this, or knows anyone who works there, please let me know if you have any information T_T
thank you in advance to anyone that can maybe help me out
