Sold a Story Podcast

Has anyone else listened to the sold a story podcast? It's an excellent piece of journalism about how the curriculum used to teach kids to read in many public school districts in the US (including Seattle) was based on a disproven method of learning called "balanced literacy." Seattle public schools only just replaced the balanced literacy curriculum in April 2026.

Makes me wonder how other curriculum (math, science, etc.) is selected and what criteria are used to choose it.

Retatrutide after Prolonged Mounjaro Use

I have been on mounjaro now for the past few years, maxing out at the 15mg dose. I ended up losing (and keeping off) 30 pounds from my original starting weight - went from the 190s to the 160s. At 5'5, I didn't get skinny like I see so many people do on here, but I'm reasonably happy with the results, and I finally feel "peaceful" and not constantly stressed about putting on weight like I was before. Ideally, I would love to lose another 20 pounds to finally get from an overweight to 'normal' bmi.

I've been hearing a lot of buzz about retatrutide and how it is even stronger than mounjaro. Once it becomes available, would I be likely to lose more weight on it after taking mounjaro for all of this time? I wonder if my body would even respond differently. Asking in case anyone has any thoughts or experiences with taking retatrutide after prolonged exposure to tirzepatide.
