What exactly do I need to watch before Doomsday?

My family has been into the MCU for as long as I can remember, but I just got into it because of the Spiderman movies (which I have seen every one of). They want me to see Doomsday in theatres with them when it comes out in December, and I understand that I have a LOT of catching up to do.

  1. Should I watch it in release order or chronological order? I'm thinking release as I don't want end credit spoilers and that's how they were intended to be watched anyway.

  2. What exactly do I NEED to watch? There is sooooo much content to cover and I'm not sure I'm going to be able to do it. Do I need to watch every movie? Every show (PLEASE say no. I can do with the movies, but I'm not sure about the shows)?

Until further notice, I'm starting with the Iron Man movies as I feel that's a safe start and somewhat familiar from the MCU Spiderman movies. I watched the first one earlier and I'm starting the second one now. Please help, I'm a little desparate here!!

AITAH for not paying for my friend’s parking?

I live in the middle of a touristy town where parking on the side of the road is $2 per hour and parking in a lot is $5 per hour. I have a driveway, but my father won’t let anyone park in it as he prefers to keep our cars in the garage (and it also damages the bricks that make up the driveway? I’m not sure, but the point is that none of my or my siblings’ friends have ever been allowed to park in the driveway). We took two cars to my house yesterday, and the car that I wasn’t in parked in a lot. My driveway has two entrances, and my brother typically parks in front of one of them. However, I thought that his car was in the shop so I told the friend that was driving me that she could park there. Turns out he got his car back that day and the spot was blocked, which gave us no other option than to park on the side of the road in front of my house. When we got out of the car, she insisted that it is my responsibility to pay because I’m not offering parking to my company. I told her that that’s extremely weird and that none of the hundreds of guests that have been to my house have ever made that claim. She still insisted that I payed, so I did.

She also told the people in the other car that my dad would pay for their parking.

We made a decently far drive to Princeton a few weeks ago and I payed for the parking in exchange for her driving, which made sense to both of us. I figure with that same logic, she should pay for her own parking in exchange for my hospitality (eating the food at my house, using the river access, etc.), but she doesn’t think so.

Maybe I would understand if this was a one time thing. I thought she would be able to park for free, turns out she couldn’t, I pay. That would be okay with me. However, she thinks I should pay every time she comes over (which is pretty often, by the way. It doesn’t sound like it, but this is one of my closest friends. She’s great, just sometimes very insistent with her wacko opinions. I actually plan on showing her this no matter the outcome). The parking situation hasn’t been a problem up until now because she just got her license, but we’re definitely going to need to figure it out. AITA?

edit: My dad isn’t evil. I promise. He just likes everything to be under control and doesn’t like people parking in his driveway! I don’t agree with it, but it’s his house. He offered to let her block the other driveway entrance (she didn’t because she didn’t want to turn her car around as the road was busy and she’s a newer driver) and he would’ve 100% payed if he knew this was an issue.

This isn’t an active fight or anything. I payed and it was done and over, and our conversation was light hearted. When she told me that she told the other car that my dad would pay, I laughed. I was just looking for advice for the future.

She also has an electric car!!!! Gas is not a factor in this.

Why do people use the default knife when they have rare ones in their inventory? Are they less laggy or something? Or is it just a style choice
