Excited to visit Quebec City and ile d’Orleans for the first time next week! I know I’m early for a lot of stuff, but what produce is in season at the moment that I could incorporate into meals I’ll cook for my friends so that we can really enjoy the terroir?

I was sooooo excited to see they’ve opened up a little restaurant, the family who runs it is so kind and I can’t wait to try. Any recs?? Kimbap obviously
