I just purchased a Brother HL-L3280CDW. After maybe 3 print jobs it is giving me an error message: Jam 2-sided.

I have cleared the jam and there are no pieces of paper stuck in the machine. I have followed all of the jam-clearing steps in the guidance. I have nearly disassembled the damn thing, but the error message will not go away.

I turned it off & turned it on again. I unplugged it for 10 minutes and plugged it back in again. I hit it with my shoe.

What do I do to get rid of this error message so that I can print again?

Mommy taeks him down in basement (were I nebber goez, becuz no rugz, onlie hard floor.) Den she cum back up an starts wurk on her litebox AN HE STILL IN DE HOWSE! Dis turrible. I keep doin de barkbarkbark becuz mommy still need mai proteck.

She say, "shush Goldie. I needz to wurk. Quit yur barking!" but I no quit becuz plummer man iz still in howse. And den...and den...she put me in de sleepy room an shut de door!!! I barkbarkbark and nuffin happen. I whinewhinewhine and still nuffin. I am shut in sleepy room fur eber an eber! It turrible!

Wen she let me owt she gib me small snak, but dat not enuff to maek up fur prebentin me frum do my proteck! I need an attorney!
