I’m building a fence and got treated pickets delivered from my local Menards. Probably about 100 of them have this black discoloration. Just wondering if it’s mold or from the treatment process and if it will go away once exposed to sun or if I need to return the pickets. I guess I don’t mind having to spray some sort of fence cleaner but not if they’re rotten/compromised. Any advice would be great!

Found this guy while ripping out an old deck.
