👋 I paid for tuta revolutionary on Aug-10 using credit card and cancelled it the next day, but I haven't received my refund yet. tuta doesn't offer the ability to send a email to their customer service unless you have a paid membership 🙄 . The only alternative I found is to write in reddit and hence writing it here. Can anyone tell if this is normal or do I need to do something to get money back.

Didn't bid on this for other reasons but visited it and it was good (definitely not mind blowing). Similar comps would put this at 4.5M; lets just say 5M. But this went for ~7M. Happy for the seller and all, but genuinely mindblown. Curious to know why, and how does one value such houses?
