Failed at organic traffic for digital products. How do I make the jump to paid ads?

hi, so i started working on digital products about more than a year ago trying to sell e-books and planners, i started at the recipes niche first but i failed on it, and i didn't make anything from it but i wasn't very upset because i know it's the beginning and i have to fall so i can learn.

so then i started on a new niche and made a full pack that i think it's really good and solve a real problem of some people, then i made my own website and it's all set perfectly. but what's actually not good is the traffic, i am trying to get organic traffic from content creation on tiktok & Pinterest, but it has been about a half year and i didn't see any results. (i'm located on north africa but i am trying to sell on the USA, i use a paid vpn and a US number)

so i decided to try switching to PAID TRAFFIC & ADS, but i don't know anything about it and i'm a little bit confused especially because it's "digital" products, many common questions are on ma mind. for example how can i present it if it's not physical? what is the best place to run ads, facebook, tiktok,...? ......

i searched on youtube but i didn't find any useful video that explain it.

for people who are on digital products and have experience with paid traffic & ads, is there any course or videos that i can watch to learn it the best way? appreciate any help.

thank you.

got tired of piecing it together so i just made the thing myself

been a desk worker for a while now and still deal with the same stuff a lot of people here talk about, neck tightness, forgetting to stretch, not confident my setup is dialed in, lumbar support and all. so the information was never the problem honestly, it's everywhere. the annoying part was having to go to different places every time i wanted to fix one thing, stretch routine from one site, posture tips from another, desk setup from some youtube video, eye care from a random article. nothing in one place, nothing really built around someone who just sits at a desk all day and doesn't have time to piece it all together.

so at some point I just said forget it and put it together myself. desk setup, posture, routines for different parts of the day, stretches, tips for eyes from staring at screens all day, printable trackers and reminder cards keep the consistency. called it Desk Wellness.

I'm not an expert or anything just a desk worker who had enough of it so i just built the thing i kept wishing existed. feel free to look it up, and happy to answer questions or just talk through any of this in the comments.
