Sorry if it’s a dumb question but is there any suggested amount. Like daily, or 2 or 3 times a week or something like that?

I went to a house show in 2005, during the peak of the Edge/Lita/Matt heat. Edge and Lita made their entrance and of course we were booing the hell out of them. They both flipped the crowd off once they got in the ring and Edge motorboated Lita while she was in one of those open tops she’d wear back then and the booing somehow got even louder and deafening. As a huge Matt Hardy mark, it was some of the most fun I’ve had at a wrestling show
