so i have a fairly modded sx50, its got a stage6 77cc streetrace cylinder, stage6 streetrace high mount, 24mm polini cp evolution carb, stage6 racing clutch, mallosi mhr vl18 reeds. those are the main mods. on an sx50 u have literally only centimeters to attach an air filter unless using an airbox, which i threw away for obvious reasons. my question is, can i use a 57mm reducer to 48mm pipe with 2 45⁰ bends to avoid my shock absorber and route it where the stock airbox would be. the 48mm end goes on to the carb, the 57mm goes OVER the air filter (stage 6 drag race) connection point without it affecting performance too much. the air filter is fucking humongous and ill deal with the venturi effect by installing ramps in the pipe. if theres a better subreddit to post this let me know please, this was the best i could find.
