New purchase but dealer still has truck 3 weeks later.

Signed the deal on this new 2025 XL F350 3 weeks ago and part of the deal was the dealership to install a trailer brake controller, bed liner and hard tonneau cover at no cost. I left the truck with the dealer to get all that installed. 3 weeks later and the truck is still there. Only the line-x bedliner is in. I refuse to pick it up until all work is done (they offered to “call me” when the parts came in). I have a loaner car in the mean time.

They say they are waiting on the TBC. I called service and they said “sales” was handling this. No answer from service. Sales was supposed to call me back today with status but of course no call.

Getting ready go escalate this to Ford customer service. I can put in the tonneau cover and TBC but then they win. Any advice?

Found a 2025 (NEW)) f350 for sale. Am I missing anything by not getting a 2026?

It's a bit of a unicorn, hence the reason it's been on the lot since June 2025. Regular cab, 7.3/ 4.30 axle. STX & FX4. MSRP $58,760. Getting them to install a TB controller and they're asking $51k + tax. I'm going to respond with $50k OTD.

Does that sound like a reasonable deal? It is a '25 and its been sitting there forever. Will be using it to tow a 30' Cargo trailer.
