I receive notifications everyday by one single community that I mute constantly, but still get their notifications. I tried to talk to them so they disable me or do something so I don’t receive their notifications. I don’t want to mute all reddit notifications from my iphone just because of one community. This is some bug probably

Recently I have been receiving lots of notification from this sub, and also reading them sometimes.
Based on what people tell, that some of them are being telepathically abused, some receive information but they wouldn’t want, and many other things.
As a beginner in subtle energy stuff and also psychology, I don’t know if there is such a thing, but I’ll ask in case you have the information. That would help a lot.
Is there such a behavior, technique, intention, ethical knowledge which is related to boundaries, or realization on how to withhold unnecessary energetic action, leakage, etc, according to subtle rules. Not just like this “where attention goes, energy flows”. Is there a way for more ethical(i don’t mean morality based) interaction with the environment or the universe?

Hello. I want to know what are these white spots? They are not acne. I am not sure what are they. I want to heal them so i get a perfect skin. :( i also have them on my shoulders, like white seeds in different sizes, when i squeeze them nothing pops out. Please recommend if you know how to heal them
