Ive been learning graves and the videos I've seen mostly recommend you to invade early so I'm just curious what people in this sub usually prefer invading or full clearing and why

Im fairly new to graves and im kinda confused on his Qs usage. I find it most useful in wave clear but when used against champion they usually walk out of it before it explodes (assuming there is no wall) so against champions im not finding much success and would appreciate some tips.

I know people are sick of hearing people rant about ranged top. But this is genuinly crazy I dont think ive ever in my history of playing faced the same champion with the same runes 6 fucking times in a row. Its actually gotten ridiculous playing bruisers has gotten so unrewarding recently why play a bruisers and suffer through lane phase being under tower and half hp from 4 autos from any ranged top laner just hoping ur team wins lane or that you scale. And before someone replies giving me a champion counterpart to anivia or whatever ranged top laner. That isnt the point. I shouldnt need to play a specific champ or suffer all game. There needs to be actual counterplay
