Flushing and rinsing roots

I moved several plants to leca in no drain glass vessel. The plants seem to love it. I have flushed the vessels but I can still see where old roots died off in the reservoir that dont come out during a flush. Should I plan to dump the vessels, rinse the roots, and replace them back in the way they were before? Does anyone else due this during the transitional period? Appreciate your guidance!

Is this the correct water level?

Too much water or just right? I did end up taking some out to drop it down a little big more. Tia!!

To moss or not to moss?

I transfered 21 plants to semi hydro, drainless with leca, but didnt add top moss to any. Should I have? I had heard gnats will flock to it or that it can contribute to rot if it gets into the water too much. Just seemed safer not to add it. But tell me why YOU did or did not add it?

Just a coincidence?

I purchased my Moldavite from a trusted seller on Etsy around Christmas time. I wore it pretty often.

End of February I was "laid off" from my job and was there for nearly 5 years. They would not tell me why. No explanation. No warning. I was burnt out and tired and manifesting change I was too scared to initiate on my own. Was it the moldavite? I have a new job that and I feel a lot happier. What do you think?
