What would you add next?

Trying to do the most with the space available, and whatever I add would need to stay on the mats (I’d be willing to add three more mats to make it 3x3, though). Considering a power rack in front of the dumbbells but concerned it could be too tight.

What would y’all add?

My before & after, thanks for the help!

I posted my garage a few months back, and received some helpful advice from everyone on how best to transform my garage. Here are some before & after photos - really pleased with the result!

Next up, with time:
- Ceiling fan or wall mount fans
- Improved lighting
- Jack shaft openers & raised tracks
- Will likely add a power rack to round out the gym
- Accumulate stickers/magnets on the beer fridge

Open to your ideas on additions and enhancements!

Anyone selling these days?

I’ve been stalking AutoTrader, CarGurus, Carmax, etc. and haven’t seen many quality F-Types for sale at all lately. Is everyone wise to the fact that this is the best car for your money right now? 😂

Seriously though, for those of you that bought within the last year, where did you find your car? I’m in Texas, USA - been looking for an R or SVR model with under 50k miles on the clock and no incidents if I can manage it. Willing to pay for a car that’s been well cared for - curious to hear your suggestions on where to look!

Cheers

Is this water hammer?

This is during a washing machine fill cycle. At the beginning of the video the washer is filling, then the pressure spike occurs when the washer stops filling with water. I assume this is water hammer caused by the abrupt closing of the solenoid. Are the screw-on water hammer arrestors (Sioux Chief, Oatey, etc) a good fix for this issue?

Exhaust fan rattles only when turning off

Any ideas? Fan makes a rattle but only when powering down. Should I plan to replace or is this something I can likely tighten once I open it up?

PRV install with no expansion tanks on HW heaters

We live in a 1999 house in Texas, and recently had a faucet valve fail which caused me to investigate our water pressure. Measured at 95 psi at the hose bibs, and our plumber recommends installing a PRV to reduce down to 70 psi. He will install a main shutoff closer to our house at the same time (ours is currently at the sidewalk in the city’s box), so to me this is a convenient time to do both.

I’ve read that installing a PRV may make expansion tanks on hot water heaters necessary. Is this true? We have two 50 gallon gas tank HW heaters with recirculating pumps on them. Both are in our attic so it’s top of mind to not create any future issues by adding the PRV.

Thoughts? For reference, plumber says adding expansion tanks isn’t necessary, but I want to confirm with a second opinion here. Thanks!
