It was a mistake for going to quick on the jp patchnote.
She will be at 0.25% and there will be an other banner with payable tickets that have gauwain at 0.375%.

Where does it come from ?
We know that the 14 qualified teams + KSA/China will be split in 4 groupes for the Blizzcon qualifiers.
Moreover, based on the info that group will be made according to the performance of each teams, we can suggest that each group will have two seed 1 teams and two seed 2 teams (potentially with at least one team of each region).
However, so far we have only 7 seed 1 and 7 seed 2. Treating KSA as seed 1 seem logical but would treating China as seed 2 while they are invited seem fair for them ? What do you think ?
Since this year align so far with last year, we can conclude that the remain of the year will also follow.

- collab (like re-zero) wich are 600 pity bad banner but with exclusive and excellent new characters

Finally, we also have 4 step-up banner (like red mono) wich are 242 pity banner that release on following month : january, june, august, december.
The rest of banners, wich drop at beginning of month, are 600 pity banner that you should almost always skip as f2p
