Should I Ever Come Back to IT?

I left my IT job for an AI Procurement role at a well known company and am now making way over 6 figures and double my past roles hourly wage. Is IT as a career dead? Why would I ever stay in IT when all I see is layoffs and budget cuts and the entire IT staff being exported to Bangalore? It just doesn't make sense now I work half the hours I used to for double the pay?

Negative 115 Million Dollars in Profit Last Quarter

I really don't understand why this stock is priced so high. This company loses hundreds of millions per quarter, growth is slowing, the company is DYING! Not only that but as the company continues to decline and employees stock incentives are GOING UP! This is not a long term company, this is a company being run down to the ground by employees to fund their next SF Mansion while Figma investors continue to lose BILLIONS. Do not invest...

Couldn’t Find a Job So I Became a Roblox Dev

I just could not land a job after graduating like zero chance ever for me, I barely even know how to code but I just started making roblox games and prompting claude and now somehow I get between 3-7k per month just off people opening loot boxed and buying overpowered items, its absolutely beautiful. Thank god no one hired me considering how awful work is now I make more than a Junior engineer and get to sit at home playing video games all day. Life is fking good, cant wait for the goodies anthropic releases in the future might genuinely become a billionaire just off claude alone without ever learning to code 😂

FIGMA WILL GO BANKRUPT BY 2030

After analyzing the recent Figma earnings its pretty much set in stone, this company is absolutely cooked, the CEO will of course be receiving billions of dollars every year while investors are wringed dry. This is a snapchat 2.0 I would be very careful buying any shares of Figma just saying.

Leaving Sofi for Good

Yeah that about wraps it up, after they absolutely destroyed my trust in them by adding a ten dollar a month credit card fee and now today their brokerage is unavailable I am moving everything out of sofi. Probably going to just stick with fidelity and robinhood and move all my money to capital one, atleast my cap1 credit cards dont have random fees attached designed to buy the ceo another yacht. What a garbage company sofi is.

Figma Going Bankrupt

Is this company going bankrupt? I have a couple friends working at Figma and they are all telling me the vibes are absolutely horrendous, every single employee at Figma either already sold or is actively selling every share they own, everyone is extremely scared and knows they will probably be laid off pretty soon. I know one guy at Figma who is working remote and has 3 other jobs remote and barely even does any work at Figma but continues to be paid 300k per year just to prompt claude 😂 this company is so cooked.

Sony is the next Sandisk and Micron

Sony makes a ton of AI chip components, sensors, etc they also own a huge music portfolio and a ton of camera technology among many other ventures. It’s just starting to run up and is probably the best value investment in this subreddit. If you want free money here it is my guess is 40 dollars per share in the next 6 months. Goodluck.

Why does everyone love to sell and buy every day? I remember when this sub was obsessed with Google, the second it hit 220 per share all I saw was people talking about taking profit... At 200 dollars per share... Now Google is 380 per share and will continue to go up for the next decade at least. The fact people love to day trade in a value investing subreddit is absolutely insane... The reality is you and I have no clue what is going to happen in the market, but people need to stop selling and buying. Just buy and HOLD. I'm still holding on to the Sandisk stock I bought at 50 dollars per share while everyone told me to sell at 300 a share now it's over 1000 dollars and everyone wants to buy at 1k per share... By the way I am not selling any of it, going to hold it until retirement since its all in retirement accounts and my work allows me to buy individual stocks in my 401k.

Pretty insane that the day that Sofi initiated the 10 dollar monthly fee the stock started dropping like a rock. Now Sofi is down 43 percent and continuing its free fall. Obviously this sub isn't about the stock but does this not tell the Sofi employees that they severely messed up? You guys obliterated the company with one dumb move, now your stock is going to go to zero hope it was worth it.

Figma will go bankrupt

Figma is losing millions of dollars per quarter and now with the launch of Google stitch they are officially cooked beyond recognition.

While everyone thought Adobe would be killed by AI and Figma would take over Adobes spot it looks like Figma is about to go under way before Adobe ever dies.

Takeaway: Buy more google just like Warren Buffet and Berkshire Hathaway is doing and profit off the demise of these horrible companies.
