Já devem estar fartos de fotos do eclipse mas agora que voltei a casa e pude ver as minhas fotos como deve ser gostava de partilhar com vocês esta imagem composta da sequência.
Fotos tiradas com um intervalo de 10 mins perto de Vilalba, Espanha a 12 de Agosto de 2026.
Equipamento: Sony A6000, lente Sony 55-210 mm f4.5-6.3 OSS, filtro ND 1000000 (excepto na foto da totalidade).
Tive a oportunidade de dar um salto a Espanha e tentar fotografar um eclipse solar pela primeira vez. Só quando voltar a casa é que vou poder ver e editá-las como deve ser, mas não resisti partilhar estas.
A totalidade é uma experiência incrível!

No resto do eclipse usei um filtro ND 1000000, que tirei para estas fotos da totalidade.
I've started using coin capsules to protect tokens in an out of print game. They feel great to handle but sometimes pop open when shuffling them in a bag, which leads to frustrating moments where the game has to stop so the player can find the pieces and fix it - sometimes trying to keep some information secret from the other players.
Is there a brand of coin capsules you'd recommend that does not pop open?
Or even coin capsules with a different closing mechanism?
[Edit: I'm not considering gluing them because this is for a game where the tokens need to be indistinguishable when they're face down.]
Tenho ajudado a fotografar eventos que acabam sempre por ser em locais com pouca luz, que são demasiado exigentes para o meu equipamento. Resisti à tentação de comprar material novo e em vez disso levei a minha camera ao zoo. Esta foi a minha foto favorita desse dia.

After getting frustrated about my gear in low light events and being shocked and overwhelmed at how much a gear upgrade would be, I decided to take my camera to the zoo on a sunny day.
It was a lot of fun! The light made a huge difference and the more relaxed situation lead me to learn a few more tricks with my gear.
[Edit: The main trick was to add the Manual Focus toggle to one of the customizable buttons so I wouldn't have to navigate the menus every time. The autofocus has the tendency of focusing on the cages instead of the animals.]
