am i approaching perimenopause?

am i approaching perimenopause?

i’m becoming a regular poster here.. i just turned 33 a couple of weeks ago, but i found out in March that i have low AMH and i just started tracking with Mira at the beginning of last cycle, so the amount of data is limited, but im scared that my chart is showing signs of perimenopause… is it too late for me?
any advice or reassurance would be amazing right now 😓

feeling so defeated

this is only my second cycle with Mira (TTC). i already know that i have DOR at age 32-33, i found out in March that my AMH is 0.367, so i know to expect high FSH at the beginning of my cycle.. but now i’m seeing that my estrogen is also high and my luteal phases are only 8 days long on average. i don’t have any other health problems and my AFC and uterine lining were normal in April.
but i’m just feeling completely hopeless right now and so scared that i’m infertile.
any kind of support or advice or hope would be so amazing.. <3

help me read my chart??

hi! this is my first cycle using Mira and rn i’m only 8dpo, but because my luteal phases are typically rather short, my period is due in 3 days (on Monday). i guess i’m asking for help because i know it’s normal for PdG and E3G to rise around 6-8dpo, but since this is also technically late in my luteal phase, should i get my hopes up that they’re both rising right now if my period is due in 3 days? i’m feeling cautiously optimistic lol.

for context, i have low AMH, but my cycles are pretty regular, between 25-26 days, and i am an otherwise healthy 33 year old!

the good news is that, if i do get my period on Monday, that will mean that my luteal phase will be 10 days long, which is a big improvement from my 8-day luteal phase last cycle!

any thoughts on this are greatly appreciated!!

▲ 2 r/DOR

i just started tracking with Mira this cycle (around cd5 i think) and it looks like i might be starting to surge, but i also used the easy@home lh strips (which i’ve been using for probably 6-7 cycles now as my primary ovulation tracking method), and i used the premom quantitative lh strip for the first time today (i know it’s excessive, but im trying to figure out what’s going on with my cycle since i thought i was ovulating way later, like cd16-17 before with a short luteal phase, but now it looks like maybe i was missing my surge altogether before??). all of these results were from the same urine collection, so i’m not sure why they’re pretty wildly different from each other.
anyways, the second time i tested today, Mira said my LH was 12 mIU/mL, Premom quantitative test said my LH was 20 mIU/mL (high) and the easy@home test showed 0.67 T/C (low)… so im lost lol. does it look like im about to ovulate?
i have low amh (0.367) so my fsh started high but other than that im healthy with regular 25 day cycles. also not sure if my PdG is too high? i read that high doses of biotin can cause falsely high progesterone readings though and i do take a b complex vitamin that has like 3300% dv of biotin so idk if that might be causing an issue.
