After the reveal of The Promoter and The Champion being the mid and final boss respectively, I immediately thought about Capcom vs SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium.

In the game, if you reach a specific set of conditions, you could fight M. Bison or Geese Howard as the mid-bosses, and then face Akuma or Rugal as the final bosses. However, reach a more difficult set of conditions, and you will unlock God Rugal or Shin Akuma.

What if Arcsys took a page from CvS2 and made The Collector and The Grandmaster unlockable bosses? All Elders of the Universe are obsessed with one particular theme to keep them alive and occupied. The Collector, naturally, collects rare items or people. The Grandmaster is focused on games. Both of them have their reasons to be part of the story.

Yes. I am aware of the "Fantastic Avengers" speculation went nowhere. But it'll be a month until Evo Las Vegas for the Ghost Rider team reveal, the world is on fire, and I'd like to keep my mind occupied on far less depressing things. Please, just give me this one thing.

My best guesses are either The Illuminati or The Intelligencia. Also, debate your Team Ghost Rider members while we're at it.
