The hospital where I delivered my baby billed my newborn for a daily revenue code of 0172 (special care nursery) even though my child received no specialized monitoring or treatment. Everything I’ve read it should have been billed as 0171 (well newborn nursery). I have tried reaching out to hospital but have been stonewalled and only been told “it’s right” without any supporting documentation. I’m curious what other new moms got billed for their healthy newborns who required no feeding tubes, jaundice treatment, NICU care, etc. Thanks in advance!

I have decided to get a jogging stroller to do casual jogs with my baby. I live in area with a mix of gradual long hills and short steep ones (would estimate 50 ft of elevation gain per mile, so nothing crazy but few stretches that are completely flat). When comparing options, I think everything about the Guava roam would be the clear choice for my needs but I am nervous about lack of hand brakes for the down hills. I’m not concerned about time but want to be able to enjoy my runs without the downhills also being too hard. Anyone with experience with this stroller in hillier areas?
