I haven’t read any Scalzi yet but I’m looking at this bundle. Any thoughts? Is the highest tier worth it? My backlog is already massive but I have heard good things.
I have a shortcut I want to be able to invoke from Control Center on my iPad. This shortcut involves entering text. When I invoke it from Control Center while I have a hardware keyboard connected, however, the keyboard does not work in the text entry window that appears. (It doesn't seem to be a "focus" issue - I tap in the text field to make sure it's focused, and the keyboard still does nothing. If I disconnect and pull up the software keyboard, it works fine for text entry.) If I invoke the shortcut in some other way (directly from the Shortcuts app, or from Spotlight) it works as expected. Is this a known issue? Is there any way I could change my shortcut to work around this?
My backlog is already way too long but I don't think I can pass up this bundle... haven't read any Tad Williams yet but I am seeing tons of praise. This has his entire Osten Ard series, other than a "novelette" I think, and his Otherland series, and his Shadowmarch series, and more, for $18... I know basically nothing about these other than Tad having a really great reputation. Just wanted to share, and solicit some opinions! I have mostly heard about Osten Ard, but are his other series just as worthwhile?

How does the audio bookstore feature work exactly? Let’s say my preferred audio bookstore is Libro.fm. Simply typing “libro.fm” into the Audio Bookstore hostname field in Settings doesn’t seem to do anything.
Goal - figure out a way to get reading position on my Kobo Libra Color for sideloaded content to sync with some ereader app on iPad. Particular for .cbz files. Sometimes I want to read a comic on KLC, but sometimes I'll have my iPad around and want to read it on there to take advantage of the larger screen, better colors etc. Ideally these would sync reading position. Practically my whole library is sideloaded so the Kobo iPad app is out. I am using Calibre and KCC to manage my library (on Mac OS). I don't particularly want to install KOReader if I don't have to, when I tried it just felt like a lot of work. Right now it seems like the BookFusion plugin for Calibre, and the BookFusion app for iPad, work well together to let me sync a book from Calibre -> iPad, but that doesn't see the reading position on my Kobo. I also have the KoboUtilities plugin on Calibre and figured out how to set up a "Current Reading Position" column that syncs when I plug in my Kobo - but BookFusion doesn't seem to interact with that information. Any ideas? (I have seen that BookFusion is looking to add sync compatibility with KOReader soon... that may be the solution but I was hoping for something that didn't require overhauling my Kobo interface, which I otherwise like.)
