Hi folks. After an acute stressful event at work I developed these small blisters over several fingers. No fever, no sore throat. INSANE itch. Never had it before. I suggested DE but after a quick glance my nurse said HFM and sent me off work for a week.

I'm taking the week off, but I'm sure she's wrong. I have eczema on other parts of my body so she prescribed me steroid cream, but didn't specify the amount, so the pharmacy couldn't fill it, and I cried at the counter because I'm so desperate for relief and so tired of trying to navigate my province's broken medical system. Big thank you to the pharmacist who listened to me and sent me off with the steroid cream and an antihistamine.

I suppose I just needed to whine because I've spent a lifetime not being listened to by medical professionals for my mental health, and it's now affecting my physical health, and I'm itchy, and tired, and sad. Please send healing vibes, and let me know your thoughts!
