Back couch cushions sagging, can’t remove.

Hi folks, we have a large sectional couch that has a couple back cushions sagging. The corner couch cushions are sagging bag in one spot (pictured) and another spot too (not pictured.) Any suggestions on how we can fix it? We realistically could do with a new couch but we don’t have it in the budget any time soon with higher priority home projects or kid costs.

The back cushions are fully attached to the couch and there is no space or place to fill in the cushion.

Thanks for any suggestions in advance.

Hard time pushing past 5 minutes, advice would be great.

Hi all, I’m wondering if there is something I’m doing wrong or if I just need to push through. I’m currently doing the 5K runner, so a similar version to the c25K and I’m at 5r3w/8r5w/5r. I can get through the first 5r without much issue it feels like my legs warm up and I’m in a good spot. When I try to then do the 8r my calves are so tight it’s uncomfortable to run even though that wasn’t an issue earlier. I then will end up walking a good chunk of the 8r and then become discouraged for the rest of the run.

I am stretching my calves randomly throughout the days, and I am doing warmup stretches but I haven’t been able to find any dynamic stretches that seem to really focus on calves? They are almost immediately fine after my run and post run stretching.

Is this just a normal calf pain and I just need to push through mentally? Or is there something I should be doing? I have good shoes so that shouldn’t be an issue. My only other guess is I don’t bring water since it’s 2 miles?? Should I be?

Is this... modern Shakespeare?

The main character was told to fake it til you make it.. and this was the response.

Delayed last day of week, now misaligned.

Hey folks, wanted to get some opinions. I started the 5K runner, essentially the C25K system of running 3 days a week to get into running a 5K.

I just completed week 3 and 2 weeks ago my husband was sick so I had skipped the Friday run to care for him and our child. I now am essentially running the “last” day of the week on Monday, and starting the next week on Wednesday since I’m doing mon/wed/fri.

I can only run on Mon-Fri since I do it during my lunch break and my kid is at daycare. Do folks think I could do mon/tues/thurs/fri to get back on track of being on the “correct” week? Or do you think it doesn’t actually matter when my weeks “end”?
