How can I get someone's harassing post removed?

Someone has used tumblr to make a sock puppet account specifically to host one post where they accuse me of actual crimes (that I have not committed). They used another one day old account on a different platform to contact people I know and show them this deranged thesis on why no one should associate with me.

I reported the post, but tumblr support has not responded.

This sock puppet account was created specifically to harass me and seems already abandoned. There is no activity on it other than that one post. No one is engaging with it. I see no reason tumblr should leave it up.

How do I contact a real person for support?

Packing up Fragile Items

I thought I had packed something up pretty well. Enough layers of bubble wrap to impress and/or frustrate anyone trying to free the item, surrounded by a layer of packing paper a few inches thick, and finally the cardboard box itself.

By the time it got to the buyer, it looked like someone had sat their whole weight down on it, and the item inside was partially destroyed.

Is this just something I need to accept happens sometimes, or is there a trick to fortify large boxes? I never seem to have this problem with small items--which I suppose are processed with other small items of similar weights--but this was the second truly large package I ever sent out, and the second one that USPS utterly destroyed. (The item inside the other one survived, at least.)

It might have withstood shipping if it was in a steel cage, or if it had that really hard foam that heavy appliance manufacturers have molded around their products to fit their product's specific box... but no amount of bubble wrap or packing peanuts or even egg cartons would have saved this item. It looked like a full grown person put their whole weight right on the middle. (But I am guessing it was probably just a significantly heavier package carelessly tossed onto it.)
