An old picture of my dad

He passed away three years ago. I love this picture of him, taken possibly in the early 1960s, maybe in Germany where he was stationed (around Mannheim) at the time…or somewhere else in Europe if he was on holiday? I can see it’s a pool and there is something written on the maintenance hole cover but I can’t make out what. Anybody know where it might have been taken?

From what I have read, the hydrogel pad surface needs to make direct contact with the injured nipple skin to work on healing. Any tips for applying a flat hydrogel pad on a conical nipple to maximize surface area contact? I find that the pad sinks the nipple inward when I stick it on my breast, and I am having limited success in shaping it around the nipple. FYI using medela hydrogel pads. Thanks for any advice!
