So There's This Park Called EuroReptarland That Needs a Defunctland Episode.
The crown jewel of the park, the Reptar Theatre, featured a stage show with a 1:1 scale animatronic of the legally-distinct lizard of Japanese origin. The animatronic was controlled by a pilot using a sophisticated set of controls and inputs within the cockpit, and built with technology stolen from the United Earth Sphere Alliance in the year After Colony 194.

So this showed up at my local theater over the last few days, a nice little Skee-Ball variant that uses a spring-loaded launcher to launch the ball. However, there's no information on who made it, much less when it was made.

An Arcade Token From a Bygone Era
Grand Prix Race-O-Rama had one of the largest arcades in the area to complement its Nascart track, batting cages, mini-golf course and long go-kart track off the highway.
The family entertainment park would come to be owned by Palace Entertainment around 2000 and branded as Boomers, like its sister park further north in Palm Beach. It closed in 2015 and became part of a mixed-use development within 3 years.

Ye Olde Fairy Tale Land! Faire Play!
Today I am looking at the episode, "Faire Play." Reflecting on my own adventures at renaissance fairs, I watched Phil, from House DeVille, make a wish by kissing a frog and transport him and his friends to the annual renaissance festival, complete with knights, dragons, and stained glass. I am also watching Stuart, from House Pickles, operate a dragon animatronic with his father Louis.
It's a nice to see the babies carry out a quest with Sir Thomas as a knight with pretty high charisma and constitution stats, Charles playing the flex position as a cleric providing magic support, and Phillip and Lillian as the jesters.

How Did We All Get Exposed to the Care Bears?
It is a burning question that has been on my head in recent times. I personally remember my first experiences with the Care Bears as a little boy coming from showings of The Care Bears Family on the Disney Channel in the 1990s; I didn't know why it was important yet, but these Disney Channel airings included "The Care Bears in the Land Without Feelings" as produced by Atkinson Film Arts.
Back then, the Disney Channel was not really on basic cable and they had preview days every so often for people to see what they could get with their subscriptions, along with My Little Pony cartoons that were also featured on the channel. It should be noted that Nelvana's Care Bears series also aired in the 2000s on Toon Disney, even if it was on early in the morning.
Now, after over 30 years of knowing what the Care Bears are, I now ask you all how you got into the Care Bears. Was it a movie? Was it a toy left to you by a loved one? Was it a cartoon you saw on video or DVD? Was it even so much as a live performance?

He's a Talking Good Boy! Spike the Wonder Dog!
Today I am watching the classic episode "Spike the Wonder Dog." Inspired by the adventures of Oodles the talking poodle, the babies figure that Spike can talk just as Oodles can. Early efforts prove fruitless, even after staging a scenario, until Angelica intervenes with her big-girl toys and gives him enough of a voice.
You know, Bruce Willis seemed to have a more fitting voice for such a good boy. And also, Angelica seems like the kind of girl to leave her toy telephone on speaker mode.
