Hyatt and Howard Prairie swimming conditions?

Central Oregon resident here. Are Hyatt Lake and Howard Prairie Lake water levels (40% and 60%) too low to be pleasant to hang out at and swim in right now? I booked a vacation starting next week with the express purpose of swimming in these lakes every day and didn't think to check water levels until today. I couldn't find any current photos so it's hard for me to tell whether 40% and 60% are really all that bad for my purposes. Would love some advice from those in the know to help me decide whether to cancel my trip. Thank you!

2 emitters inline on the same 1/4" line?

Here's what I have set up for one of my plants:

1/2" supply line has a 2 GPH emitter. A 1/4" line connects from this emitter to the plant. Basic stuff.

I want to reduce the flow to this plant without reducing flow to any other plants. Can I just put a 1 GPH emitter at the end of the 1/4" line at base of the plant? In other words, in order to get to the plant, water will first flow through a 2 GPH emitter, then the 1/4" line, then through a 1 GPH emitter. Will this work to deliver 1 GPH to the plant?

I'm trying to avoid messing with the 2 GPH emitter at the 1/2" supply line.
