new hire somewhat confused on what to do second day
hello, sorry for the vague title but i am a new pharmacy cashier hire. my first shift was last Thursday and my next two shifts are tomorrow and monday but i have been given no instruction on what exactly i’m doing. the entirety of my first shift was doing elearnings and the only people that i know/ have met were the store manager and my direct manager, both of whom are not going to be present the next two shifts i am working. i assume tomorrow will also be completing elearnings as i have about 40 more to the 80 that i was initially assigned. my main concern is i’m not exactly sure who to report to as i haven’t met any of the other managers. maybe it’ll be fine tomorrow but i just feel confused as i was given no clear direction to what i’ll be doing and who i’ll be reporting to. fyi this is my first job so it might not be that deep but i don’t want to go to my second day all confused.
